Achieving fulfillment in your career, a robust social life, and a healthy lifestyle is critical to overall happiness for young professionals. When one point in the triangle is off, you feel, well…slanted. Nobody wants to be an isosceles triangle…that’s where FOMO comes from!

The Career Triangle has 3 Components which determine how fulfilled you are.

Does the work that you do make you feel fulfilled or help you accomplish your goals?
If seeking advancement, does your current position put you on the right path to where you want to advance to?

Are you providing affection to the people you care about? Are the people significant in your life returning affection?
Do you have a thriving friendship(s) in your life and people you can rely on to turn to?
Do you have family in your life that loves you unconditionally? Is your partner supportive? Your sex life jumping off? Are you intimate and connecting on a deeper level with your partner?
The three components of a healthy lifestyle are:
1. Mental Health
How do you deal with stress?
2. Physical Health and well-being
Are you feeding your body proper nutrition? Are you exercising on a consistent basis and allowing your body to recoup? Are you getting enough quality sleep? Are you maintaining a consistent weight?
3. Social Health
How is your family relationship? friend relationships?
